You will treat points that will stimulate the nervous system and some of those points may be very close to the nose or the eyes. You might use a point in the head or the back of the head for allergies. But you can also use good points mostly on the arms and some on the legs and feet.
If you stimulate various nerves in the body, your immune system is going to function more effectively. With pain in the head associated with allergies, you can do certain things to relieve the cranial nerves - either manually with your hands, using Shiatsu or with the acupuncture.
