7. Make yourself the best interior designer there is and decide what can make you stand out above the rest, what kind of unique designs or products will you be given?
8. Be assure that you may not start off successfully in the beginning and not make as much money. Always have a savings and maybe invest some money into the business.

10. If you want to become a commercial or residential business, be sure to check the state's laws and policies, and what permits or licenses will be needed.
