The mills insist that staple yarns do fuzz. A little bit of fiber, coming out of your vacuum cleaner, is normal for a year after it is installed. The fuzz should not fill bag after bag. If it does that, the customer should collect the fuzz, keep it, and date it. That is a #1 rule I can't stress enough. If it is filling your vacuum cleaner every time you vacuum, you need to start keeping the fuzz in a plastic bag and dating it when you vacuumed. This is one sure way to make sure that the mills cannot disclaim it.
