Scented bath salts recipe

Learn how to make scented bath salts, a great gift for the Holidays.

Every women likes to feel good. Every women likes to smell good. Here is a way to do both. This quick and easy way to make your own bath salts not only will give you a sensuous feeling, but will leave you feeling relaxed also.

This also makes a great gift around the holidays.

Below listed are two different ways to make your own bath salts.

Bath Salts:

Items Needed:

2 cups epsom salts

1/2 c. sea salt

4-6 drops scented oil

2-3 drops food coloring.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together.

If you have a particular scent in mind, such as lemon or peppermint, try to make your food color match. ie: Yellow for lemon, red for pepperment, purple for bayberry, etc.

Once you have mixed all the ingredients together, pour into a clear glass bottom cup, vase or other container.

Be sure to pour some into a warm bath for a fresh and invigoration scent.

Bath Salts

Items Needed:

3 cups epsom salts

1 /4 tsp. glycerine.

1 or 2 drops of food coloring of choice

1 or 2 drops of cologne or perfume

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together.

Unlike using scented oil and matching your food color to the scent, you may use whatever color you choose to with your cologne or perfume.

Be sure to add to a warm bath for great relaxation.
