1 can corn, drained
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 8-oz can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 4-oz pkg mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 c cottage cheese, drained
1/4 c parmesan cheese
Spread corn in ungreased casserole dish. Brown beef and drain. Add flour; cook and stir for 1 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic salt and cinnamon; pour over corn in dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Meanwhile combine eggs and cottage cheese; spread over meat mixture. Top with parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes more.
