Of special note is the cartoon Hall of Fame area, where artists are honored with a special dignity of having their work appear here. • Boca Raton Museum of Art. This is a great place where you can learn about the history of of some famous pieces. This museum offers artwork from the 1800s and 1900s, and showcases works from artists like Prendergast and Picasso. You'll want to engulf yourself in all that this museum has to offer.
• Gumbo Limbo Nature Center. This nature reserve is in the Red Reef Park along the Intracoastal Waterway in Boca Raton. Here, you can experience the best and worst in the wildlife that call this region home. You'll see alligators, turtles, and migratory birds of all sorts. If you're a nature lover, this is a must-see.
• Red Reef Park. This is a great place to kick back and relax. You can come here and enjoy the green scenery and pack a picnic lunch, or walk a short distance to the nearby beach and get some Florida sun. This is a popular place for locals and tourists to the area. You can't help but feel a bit more serene than you were before you visited the park. You'll want to bring the whole family here, as it's a great atmosphere to purely enjoy life and your Boca Raton vacation.
