1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1 2 1/4-oz can deviled ham
2 tbsp chopped parsley flakes
2 tbsp chopped pimento
2/3 c chopped pecans
1 16-oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tsp grated onion
2 tsp worcestshire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
Soften cream cheese in large bowl. Add sharp cheese, onion, worcestshire sauce, lemon juice, mustard, paprika, salt, deviled ham, parsley flakes and pimento; mix well. Chill until nearly firm. Shape into ball; roll in pecans. Wrap in ofil; refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with additional paprika. Slice to serve.
