Chicken breasts or whole chicken
2 c instant rice
1 pkg onion soup mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Brown chicken; drain well. Place in casserole. Pour in instant rice, mushroom soup, chicken soup, onion soup mix and 3 cans water. Cover and place in oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with salad and your favorite bread.
