Boil one chicken, bone and cut into small pieces.
1 small carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c butter
20 crackers (small round)
2 tbsp poppy seed
Mix chicken, sour cream and cream of chicken soup. put in casserole. Melt butter, crumble cracker into melted butter. Add poppy seeds. Blend and sprinkle over the top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
