Materials:
1 (any color) large silk rose
7 (any color) small silk roses
4 (any color) medium silk roses
Floral clay
Floral tape
Wire cutters
Green antique quart jar
Instructions:
1. When choosing colors of roses, make sure that they correspond. (Example: do not choose a single red rose only to surround it with blue roses.) A beautiful combination would be a white sinle rose, surrounded by medium pink roses and accented by red roses.
2. Using wire cutters, cut stems of roses so they meausre about an inch shorter than the jar. Reserve floral greenery.
3. Using Floral tape, start bundling the flowers in quaint little bundles, leaving out the large rose until almost completed.
4. Using the large rose, start bundling the the previously made bundles around it. Secure with floral tape. When you have a rather large bundle, use about a quarter-size of floral tape to secure the bottoms together.
5. Put about a half-dollar size of floral clay in the bottom of jar using wire cutters, unless you have very small fingers. Arrange floral greenery in this to hide the floral clay.
6. Put another half-dollar size floral clay on top of the base of the greenery. Stick the bundle on top, stems down, firmly securing it.
7. Then place top on jar.
