1/2 lb lasagna noodles
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp minced parsely
1/2 lb mozzarella or swiss cheese
2 tbsp oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sweet basil
2 6-oz can tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c hot water
2 eggs
1 pt cottage cheese
1/4 c parmesan cheese
Cook noodles in slated water for 15 minutes, drain. Heat oil in skillet, cook garlic and onion until soft. Add beef and sesoning; cook until crumbly. Add tomato sauce, paste and hot water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside. Blend egg swith cottage cheese. Place a thin layer of meat sauce, 1/2 the noodles, all of the cheese-egg mixture, and 1/2 mozzarella cheese in a 9x13x2 inch baking dish. Repeat layers. Add remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 10 minutes.
