Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease sides and bottom of 9x9 inch pan. Melt 1/6 of a 6-oz pkg butterscotch chips, 1/4 c butter. Stir constantly; cool.
3/4 c flour
1/3 c brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
Add to mixture in sauce and mix well.
1 c miniature marshmallows
1 6-oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 c chopped nuts
Fold into batter about 5 strokes. Spread in pan. Bake 20-25 minutes. Should be jiggly in center. Don't overbake.
