1 lb hamburger
1 can onion soup in beef stock
1 can mushrooms, sliced
Kitchen Bouquet
Salt and pepper
Thickening
Roll hamburger into meat balls and brown. In a deep pan, put meat balls, onion soup with 1 can water, mushroom slices (drained) and Kitchen Bouquet. Heat, then add thickening until the liquid makes a gravy. Can be served over rice or mashed potatoes.
