2 cans crushed pineapple
1 large pkg strawberry jello
2 c cottage cheese
1 c nuts
1/2 pint whipping cream
4 tsp sugar
2 c marshmallows
Drain pineapple; combine the juice, marshmallows, and jellow and allow to dissolve over low heat. Let cool. Add pineapple, cottage cheese, and nuts. Whip cream with sugar; then fold with jello mixture. 18 servings.
