You are tired and tomorrow is another work day and you have to do a project with your kids tonight for school. Working and being a Mom is a hard job. Putting in at least eight hours at work everyday and a extra five hours at home at night, plus the weekends are wearing you out. You have no energy to keep on like this, but you have to find the energy from somewhere. You can't quit your job and you definitely can't quit being a mother. So how do you keep your energy level up to be a great Mom and do your job efficiently at work and home?
Every mother should take a multi-vitamin everyday, seven days a week. Not only will it help to get your energy level up, but a multi-vitamin has everything you need in it to supplement your body for all your needs. A multi-vitamin is great to take because everything is in one tablet, instead of you taking several. Busy mother's don't need to take the time out of the day to take several vitamins each day when you can get everything in one. The next best thing to do to get your energy level up is to exercise. I know you think you are too tired and don't have enough time in the day to exercise, but this will help you tremendously. The best time to exercise if you can is early in the morning. Start your day off by exercising and believe it or not you will have energy for the rest of the day. Start off with a brisk walk, then combine it with jogging.
If you can't get up and out early in the morning to walk and jog, exercise by video tapes at home before you start your day. Any form of exercising you do to start your day off with will keep you energize for the rest of the day. Another way to keep your energy level up is to drnk plenty of water and eat right. Drinking lots of caffeine can make you feel sluggish. Water cleans out your system and will help to keep your energy going. If you are at work, drink some water instead of a coke or coffee if you start feeling tired, it will lift your energy right up. Eating a lot of sweets can bring you down also. Try to eat a healthy and light lunch, so you won't loose your afternoon energy while you are still working. This way when you get home in the evening you will still have lots of energy even after putting in a full day of work. You will be able to come in and do whatever you need to do around the house and still spend time with your family.
The main way to keep your energy level up is to take vitamins, exercise and eat right. Working Moms need to follow these steps so they can keep their energy up to do all the things they need to do at home and work.
