CRUST
2 CUPS CAKE FLOUR
1 CUP BRAN
PINCH SALT
2/3 CUP OIL
4 TABLESPOONS MILK
Sift the dry ingredients together. Add the oil and the milk. Mix to form a stiff dough. Line an oven proof pie dish with the dough.
FILLING
1 TIN TUNA
1 ONION, FINELY CHOPPED
1 PACKET BACON
1 AND A HALF CUPS GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
1 CUP COOKED WHITE SAUCE
3 EGGS, WELL BEATEN
Fry the onion and the bacon in a little bit of oil. Add the white sauce, then the cheese. Mix well.
Add the tuna and the eggs.
Pour into the lined pie dish.
Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about one hour.
