Tucked away into the northeastern corner of Utah, Naomi Peak Trail runs through the center of the Mount Naomi Wilderness area. A combination of rugged, pinecone strewn forest paths, high altitudes, rocky ridges and open fields, Naomi Peak is a challenging ride. You'll pedal to an elevation level of 9,980 feet, if you make it all the way. This 3.2 mile trek is a test for beginning riders, but is well suited for those who push it to the limit frequently.
DEEP CANYON

This 8-mile journey has been labeled "one of the steepest ranges in the world" by outdoor enthusiasts. Quick ascents into the Wellsville Mountain Range and hard-push climbs to 3,000ft. elevation gains make this trip a tough one for anyone out of shape. Note: High elevation and harsh winds can cause temperatures to drop suddenly in this region. Plan accordingly.
DOWD MOUNTAIN

Dowd Mountain consists of a 10-mile loop that most bikers will be able to travel with easy. Wooded areas, pine forests and cliff drops keep the excitement of this ride at the forefront. Single track lanes that are semi-groomed will require you have fresh tires for at least the first leg of the journey. Further on into the loop, you'll ride on well-paved, wide trails shared with other outdoorsmen.

This short, 1.5-mile cruise is well paved and dotted with resting areas. Any skill level will appreciate this scenic, well marked trail. The natural history of the area will make stopping to take it all in a pleasure.
UINTA HIGHLINE TRAIL

The Uinta Highline Trail has been rated one of the best in the nation. There are two trail heads to jump on, both of which provide easy access to this 60-mile expedition. The trail can be ridden in bits or all at once. Peak elevation is over 10,000 feet, so new riders may want to cruise one of the sideline, short trails and work up to the long ride. Paths are well marked and maintained, and are perfect for those who pedal for recreation.
MUELLER PARK TRAIL
Mueller Park Trail runs 13-miles through heavily forested areas. Intermediate riders can jump on at the Mueller Park Picnic Grounds. The majority of the path is flat and made of hard packed dirt. A few rocky areas keep this ride fresh. This area is frequented by hikers and bikers, and is heavily traveled on the weekend.
FLAMING GORGE

Beginning at the Red Canyon Visitor Center and following the edge of Red Canyon, this 9-mile voyage can be ridden by all skill levels. This area is marked with forests and rocky terrain, though the pathway is well maintained and easy to ride.

Starvation Reservoir offers a nice mix of land and water. Elevation levels reach 5,700 feet in this area. Trails are easy passable by all skill levels. Experienced bikers are welcome to forge their own road anywhere within the park's limits. Primitive tent camping is available to long distance bikers.

All season riders will enjoy the challenge of cruising around Scofield State Park. Open year round, hard core bikers will experience steep climbs with amazing views. Trails are shared by hikers during summer months and snowmobiles in the winter. Pathways are well marked and highly traveled. A wide variety of short and long trails can be accessed from within the park.
