2 c flour
1 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp soda
1 c mayonnaise
4 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp salt
1 c water
2 tsp vanilla
Mix well and bake 30 minutes or until done in 350 degree oven.
ICING:
2 c sugar
1/2 c milk
1/4 c butter
Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Let cool until thick. Add nuts if desired. Beat slightly and spread.
