They take their toll, let me tell you. They are just devastating to her family. With an eating disorder, the entire family knows that there is something going on; unless it is bulimia, because they can hide that a little bit better. So there is lot of emotional pain involved with just knowing that you're loved one is suffering and has an eating disorder, because it is a slow suicide. So everyone around that person is having a hard time watching her suffer. So it takes its toll emotionally and it takes a toll mentally because everyone is worried sick about that person. It takes its toll financially, because once they try to get some help, treatment for eating disorders is very expensive. It really takes its toll on all levels.
