Apple Cinnamon Bread Pudding Recipe

Try this delicious apple cinnamon bread pudding recipe!

Apple cinnamon bread pudding

2 qts cinnamon rolls, baked and cut into cubes

6 cups vanilla pudding

6 lbs. apple slices drained

8 eggs

2 cups sugar

2 tsp. cinnamon

1 qt non-dairy coffee creamer

1 cup cinnamon sugar

1. Layer in each of two half-hotel pans, 3 cups cinnamon roll cubes, 3 cups pudding and 3 lbs. apple slices. Sprinkle each pan with 1-cup sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 2 cups cinnamon roll cubes.

2. Combine coffee CREAMER and eggs, mix well and pour half of the mixture into each pan. Sprinkle each with 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar.

3. Cover and bake in a preheated 325° F oven for 25 minutes. Remove covers and continue to bake until set (about 30 to 40 minutes).
