How to Apply Prevage

    Prevage MD is an antiwrinkle cream that is only available for sale at doctors' offices. Most doctors allow people to purchase the cream without a doctors visit. Eventhough Prevage MD is only sold at doctors' offices, it is not a prescription product. Prevage MD works by neutrilizing free radicals that attack the skin and cause aging. Prevage contains an ingredient called idebenone. Idebenone is a powerful antioxidant.

    • Step 1

      Perform a skin sensitivity test to determine if you will have a skin reaction to Prevage. The skin sensitivity test is performed for 3 days. Each day apply a small amount of Prevage to your face. Wash the Prevage off if you develop a rash, buring, itching or swelling. Contact your doctor before using the product again if you develop a skin reaction.

    • Step 2

      Begin the normal Prevage skin care regimin if you did not experience any skin reactions during the skin sesitivity test.

    • Step 3

      Wash and dry skin.

    • Step 4

      Apply a pea size amount of Prevage to freshly washed skin in the morning. Sunsreen can be applied over the Prevage if desired.

    • Step 5

      Apply a pea size amout of Prevage to freshly washed skin at nighttime.
