Is there an album cover that was banned?

There have been many album covers that were sensored or banned from being released due to the art on the cover.

I know the Sex Pistols' 1977 work was not allowed to be shown. On the pop charts, they blacked out their names and everything. That's a fairly famous story, and their artwork kind of goes along with that. John Lennon and Yoko Ono's solo album made in the US in 1968 was called "Two Virgins." They took a picture of them naked and they were standing there in their bedroom. The company wanted to put a little brown paper bag over that. They couldn't view them in the nude as it was, so that's a good version of not showing the actual art.
