Step 1

Go to the Microsoft Office website.

Step 2

Click on the "Templates" tab at the top of the screen.

Step 3

Scroll down to the "Browse Templates" box. Click on "Labels." Then under "Mailing and Shipping," click "Holiday." Or, in the search box, type "Christmas Return Address Labels." The list of results is mostly the same no matter which method you use.

Step 4

Sort through the label templates to find one that you like. Most of the templates are free, unless otherwise noted. When you find a good one, click on it. The page that opens provides information about the label, such as the type and size of the labels needed for this template.

Step 5

Click "Download." Click "Accept" in the "Microsoft Service Agreement." However, keep in mind that this page may or may not appear.

Step 6

Choose where to save the download. Click "OK." Once downloaded, the template will automatically open up in Microsoft Word. You should see a full page of the labels.

Step 7

Enter your name and address onto the labels. Change the font and colors to suit your preferences.

Step 8

Print the labels. You can purchase sheets of labels from any office supply store. Be sure to find ones that match the specific label information provided on Microsoft Online so that the labels print correctly.
