If you make a phone call they will tell you who casts for their videos. A small company will hire a casting director who comes in with their own actors. Sometimes it is just a post production house. Look in the yellow pages for them and ask about leaving your picture and resume in case they have a client who is looking for new faces and new actors. Let them know you would like the opportunity to read for them. It is a great way to learn without the pressure. Industrial work can go on your resume. They are also a great source for voiceovers.
