The word metaphysics means beyond physical. The world of hypnosis is beyond the physical body. I have had some pretty bizarre things happen during hypnosis. Certain people have certain gifts of intuition. I have had people with spontaneous breakthroughs in hypnosis where they just became artistic or overcame writer's block or something. That's something beyond the physical. We are not physical beings. There is a spiritual component to every person. A person needs the psychic change or change of their mind for every behavior change that a person makes. They need to change their core beliefs about themselves, and unfortunately people have been brought up to believe in their limitations instead of their possibilities.
