We have some bedroom sets that are pretty tall: the poster beds and canopy beds. Make sure that your ceiling fans are not in the way.
Furniture is getting a lot bigger. Whether it is a sofa, loveseat, or bedroom set, everything is larger these days. You really need to make sure that your room is going to fit the dresser mirror, the armoires, all the different things and you can always add pieces. Instead of just buying it all, buy the dresser and the mirror. Take it home. Set it up and see if the chest of drawers will fit. Then, come back and buy that or the night stands. A lot of it just has to do with if it is going to fit your house, whether it is the entertainment center or the living room furniture. That is important, because it is a mess to have to try to make returns after somebody buys something.
