Oriental massage is usually done without certification at entertainment massage parlors.

That term typically has a negative connotation in the United States. It's not always the case, but typically speaking, an oriental massage parlor is not a place to find therapeutic massage; it is more associated with the entertainment industry. The people who work there typically have no certification. Again, this is general, but I would say "buyer, beware." Some states still allow escort services with massage parlors, certain types of topless dancing, and that sort of thing.
