Limited resources are available for replacement options of broken crystal, however, always check with the manufacturer to see if they guarantee any of the pieces purchased.

Depending on the manufacturer, Waterford as an example has a guarantee on stemware that the stem will always be produced, and may become a more expensive proposition, but special orders are taken in for stemware that may be not currently seen out in the stores, but they can still produce it for you.
