How do I treat rosacea?

Rosacea, which causes a red face or pink, rosy cheeks, is caused by dilated blood vessels, and there are treatments and medications available to reduce the effects of this skin condition.

There is not necessarily a cure, but there is a treatment. We can control the activity of the oil glands and cut down the acne cause by the elements. Sometimes women will come in and their main complaint is they just continue to have a red face; they will have one cocktail at a party and they get a real red face. There are treatments available for those dilated blood vessels. Some laser treatments can cut down the dilatation of the blood vessels really nicely.
