It's little hard to get to your back, but you can do it. First of all, in this country we are a light year behind Europe as far as massage goes. We used to be three light years behind them, but now we are just a light year behind them. As far as massage is concerned, the Europeans have used massage for hundreds of years. And basically we have all been using massage for an alternative health care system for may be thirty years at the most and maybe only twenty years actually. When I started my school 23 years ago, most people, about 90% of the people went to a massage therapist to just pamper themselves. As human beings, instinctively when something hurts we rub it, don't we? So therefore, we've always used massage in that kind of fashion; to help things. If our child comes and they tell us that they have an injury on their arm, the first thing we do is rub it for them. That makes them feel good to know that we care and it makes them feel good because we are bringing circulation in that area and healing it faster, even though most mothers don't realize that's what they are doing. They are trying to show their child that they care, but instinctively we massage things. So sure if you bump your leg and you massage it or if you have a sore leg or sore muscles you can massage or rub it, and it always helps. There are vibrators and things that help with self massage. I think there are certain vibrators that help and work to massage muscles.
