It is very difficult to get a loan from any bank or organization when you have bad credit.

It's very, very difficult. If they have got bad credit they are going to have a hard time getting a loan if they need to borrow money. If they don't need to borrow money, it's another subject. But if they have bad credit, the odds of them getting a loan, particularly from a bank, are almost nonexistent.
