How many knives come in a steak knife set?

Steak knife sets usually come with eight steak knives and a knife block to store them in.

You will probably get eight or so that will cover a typical dinner party. You will always be able to get extras if you need them for stainless steel. Kyocera doesn't sell any steak knives or carving knives because our knives are designed for the prep tasks, which take the majority of the time you are spending in the kitchen. If you are doing just fruits, vegetables, and boneless meat, nothing matches the performance of the ceramic knife. They are just a superb cutting instrument. For everything else, you'll want to use your steel knives for prying and the boning and cutting of meat.
