Yes. Unless there is a medical reason for someone under 18 before their body is fully developed to have plastic surgery, parents are not helping their children build true self-esteem. It's pressure to have that Hollywood look. And if you really study the celebrities, they don't work that way all the time. And there is a lot of work that goes into how they look on screen with make-up artist and wardrobes. It's a huge industry and a huge process, even in their photographs. Compare photographs from when they are caught by the paparazzi walking down the street to their actual screen shots. There is an enormous difference just like there is with any of us when we take the time to make ourselves up in that way.
