What should I do about uneven cakes in the oven?

If the range is not level, cakes and other baked items might not come out level.

The range may not be level. Place a rack in the oven. Place a level on the rack, first side to side and then front to back. Use 3/8 drive ratchet and channel lock pliers to adjust leveling legs up or down until range is level.
