Warts can be treated with something destructive. A wart is a virus inside a cell. You have to do something to get rid of the cell containing the virus. You can freeze warts with liquid nitrogen or you can cauterize them. The newest treatment is Aldara which is a topical immunal modulator. It's a way to get your body to recognize the virus and kill it. It is sometimes a very effective way to treat warts.
