How do I tighten loose skin after weight loss?

There is nothing that can be done in the gym to help with excess skin.

Well they should have been doing the strength training program anyway.

But if they see a sudden weight loss drop and there is still lot of flab that's still fat they need to start on the strength training program. Start adding shape to the body. But another thing that's frustrating about that is that if they loose weight that quickly they are not the allowing the skin to be able to shrink along with the weight loss. In other words they are going to have to have stretched out skin. In that case they are going to have to go under the knife to cosmetically change that. I have seen sudden weight loss and its not good. Surgery is really the only thing that can change it.

Really their goal should be 1.5-2 lbs. of body fat loss a week. If it goes any faster than that it's unhealthy on many levels. It certainly is very unhealthy for the skin. The skin simply is not going to be able to keep up and it's going to create that look. But if they do more exercise and the nutrition properly it wouldn't do it. They will look healthier and healthier as they loose the weight.
