We have got three bed-and-breakfasts right now. We have got the Sundowner Inn which is in Heber City. It's very nice. Everything is done in a very dark kind of colonial look with wood. It is a great facility for group functions. They have got five bed-and-breakfasts rooms and they have a huge dining room. It's a great area if you had a group of couples or something like that all going together. They are set on the outskirts of town, so the views are over the whole valley.

We have got two midway; the Blue Boar Inn which is a AAA Best of Sate accommodation. They have got an unbelievable dining room. It's a great setting for a wedding. They have 14 rooms. They start at about $175 and go up. It's very, very European. It's right next to the State Park, so they have immediate access to golf and Homestead and other activities. They are about a mile from the mid-way's main street, so access to everything else is available. The other one would be the Invited Inn which is also on the corner of the mid-way. That's got a unique story of a home that they converted. The owners actually did all of the work themselves. They have about five rooms and each room is decorated with a different theme. They have got the sun room that is kind of a gathering place, and a separate dining room that is very, very cozy. One of their rooms is a western room and obviously they have western furnishings and all of that. They have got one room that's more of a temporary room; it has got the white carpets and the pale greens and that kind of thing. They are just all so different in each of the rooms. It's a different experience once when you go there. Because of their proximity to the Homestead and the Blue Boar, they literally have restaurants within about a hundred yards. They are also within a mile of Main Street as well. Johnson Mill is another bed-and-breakfast and it's just on the outskirts of mid-way if you are in coming from Heber. They are very well known for their bird watching. They have got a big pond right in the back. A lot of people go out there and do fly-fishing and bird watching and they have hosted several weddings out there. They have got a real large back area aligned with trees, and a great gazebo area. It's located where the old flour mill was and they just converted it; taking the home that was there and converting it into the bed-and-breakfast.
