Biscotti Cookies Recipe

A traditional Italian Biscotti cookie recipe that is sure to beat all that you have tasted before.

6 eggs

1/2 cup milk

6 cups flour

16 tablespoons sugar

12 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons vanilla extract

8 tablespoons baking powder

2 tablespoons lemon extract

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix eggs, oil, sugar, milk and extracts. Slowly add baking powder and flour. A dough should form, if it is too sticky, add more flour; if it is too dry add a bit of milk. Seperate the dough into two loaves. Place both on a cookie sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes.

After time is up, remove from oven and cut into slices. Place the slices on the cookie sheets and bake for a few more minutes to brown. Eat with your coffee in the morning and enjoy!
