Typically someone, even if they have a small frame, should opt for a full figure or full support bra if they have a large bust. Full figure bras start at around 34 or 36 C. They usually don't come in B cups, but they give a fuller bust much more support. If you're trying to wear something with spaghetti straps that's very low cut, a minimal bra won't give you that much support. It would give you what we call a double-bubble, which is where your bra creases on your bust making it look like there is flesh falling out. We want to eliminate that. If you wear jeans that fit, you'll look smaller than you would if you were squeezing into a smaller size. It's the same thing with the bra. You'll look better in your clothes, and you feel better, because you're a lot more comfortable.
