Breaded Flounder Recipe

A breaded flounder recipe that is perfect for a family meal.

For this recipe you will need the following ingredients:

1/2 pound fresh flounder

3 tablespoons Italian bread crumbs

2 Tablespoons Hellman's mayonnaise

1 tablespoon freshly minced parsley

Pinch of salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Take your flounder and place on a buttered baking dish or cookie sheet. Then spoon some mayonnaise of top and spread out in a thin layer. Then sprinkle with the bread crumbs, parsley and salt and pepper. Turn flounder over and repeat on the other side. Place in oven and bake for 6 minutes.
