Step 1
Visit online sites like VistaPrint, KodakGallery, Snapfish, as they offer online options for getting your calendar published. Check out each site for price comparisons. Be sure to check the shipping options, as these can sometimes be the catch in otherwise decent pricing.
-
Step 2
Decide if you want your calendar to have artwork. Artwork must be scanned. Photos are best when taken with a digital camera, as they are more likely to meet the megapixel specifications for each site's program. Follow the step-by-step instructions for uploading your photos or scanned artwork. There will also be instructions for adding any message, slogan, greeting or information you wish to include on your published calendar. You will receive an error message if your photos or artwork aren't the correct size, as well as instructions for rectifying the situation.
-
Step 3
Review the proof of your calendar before committing to purchase it. You will be instructed on how to bring up a proof copy of the finished product, and will be able to scroll through page by page. Jot down any necessary edits as you notice them, then be sure to hit an edit button before going on to the payment processing option.

Step 4
Approve the final edits and determine the number of calendars you wish to purchase. Most of these sites offer good discounts when purchasing multiples. Submit your credit card information for payment and be sure to copy down the confirmation number the company provides.
