Step 1
Go to the Credit Card XPO homepage. Click the "Balance Transfer Cards" link found in the middle of the page. Click the "Bad/Poor Credit" link underneath the "Browse by Credit Needed" heading on the left side of the next page. Read information about the different balance transfer cards listed on the website and apply for a card over the Internet.

Log onto the Credit Card Guide website. Scroll down and select the "Cards for People With Bad Credit" link underneath the "Cards by Credit Rating" heading found on the left side of the page. Read through the information for each card to learn more about the balance transfer information for that particular credit card, and click "Apply Here" to apply for that credit card online.

Visit the Best Credit Card Offers website. Click the "Fair Credit Card Offers" or "Limited Credit Card Offers" link found beneath the "Poor Credit Card Offers" heading on the left side of the page. You will find four different credit cards listed on the top of the next page. These are the "best" cards according to the site. Scroll down to find other credit cards, as well.

Step 4
Search for balance transfer cards on the Credit Cards website. Click the "Bad Credit" or "Fair Credit" link underneath the "Search by Credit Quality" heading that is located on the left side of the page. Scroll down the page to find different credit cards and to read information about those credit cards. Pay particular attention to the "Balance Transfer" heading located underneath the card. This is how you will know whether or not this is a balance transfer card.
