Hypnosis can be done over the phone if the client is really willing to do hypnosis. The only thing is you have to have a lot of practice under your belt to be able to listen to their breath or tune into that client. I think it would be really hard for me to hypnotize you on the phone, since I have never met you before. I'm not saying it can't be done, I'm just saying it's better when you have that connection.
For instance, if I have a session with a client and it might be three months later. If they said they had a situation going on right now and that they are totally stressed, I can totally draw them in a state of relaxation within five minutes.
