A trailer home is no different than a regular home of stones and bricks and mortar. If you are renting a space, I would caution you not to invest too much money unless you think you are going to be there for quite sometime. Keep this in mind if you are thinking you may have to move. I think there is a portion of the trailer where you hook it up to a tractor to move the trailer. I would not put anything significant in any area where it would have to be removed in order to get the unit out. If it is going to be moved to another location, I would focus all those energies down the side or rear of the trailer depending on how it is going to be pulled away from the lot. I would definitely use some trees and plant them 20 feet away or more from the house itself. And then use some plants around the scurrying area around the bottom of it. I have seen some trailers that have decks on them. Softening up the deck a little bit and adding some deck lighting on to the deck itself will help create a relaxing area. You are just adding everything and you are really enjoying your property, which is what you bought it for. You want to have a home that you can enjoy. You should get as much relaxation and satisfaction out of it as you can.
