Where Can One Buy Scrapbook Supplies?

I have seen software where it asks you what photos you want, you click on the images on your computer or drag and drop them or whatever into the actual page and then you can print your page out. And then you purchase whatever kind of book that you want; whatever's best. Just printing anything in color to me is very expensive anyway as far as the amount of ink that it uses. When you print the photos from the computer on to the regular piece of paper, it never looks as good to me. So I wouldn't suggest that, but for someone that really does like to just print their pictures off their computer then surely that it would be interesting.
