Well, we are counseled by the word of God not to be gluttonous, not to over eat or over drink, that things are to be done in moderation. As a Christian we have a mind to think and we should also read and find out what is most helpful and healthy to keep our bodies functioning in a maximum way. More and more we have literature that tells us about fat intake and sugar intake and other things that are detrimental to our body. If we eat five food groups and mix them in the right way and not take in too many calories then we can keep our weight balanced. Eating is a matter for living most productively. We find a lot of times we are born with certain health concerns such as hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease in our families. But you can start to plan your diet in a way that keeps you healthy and not taking so much food that you become heavy and out of form.
