One to two people, a camera, maybe a video tape, they will be behind a desk with paperwork in front of them, lots of pictures of other people in front of them. They may not really look at you. If you are late, the first thing you should do is apologize, but don't make excuses. Be to the point and move on. There may be a chair in the middle of the room. That doesn't necessarily mean you have to sit in it, they put it there as a convenience for you. You may have already decided you want to do this part standing up. Take the chair and move it to the side or do whatever you want with it.
