People see me with the baby raccoons and baby skunks and want them for pets. We don't let these animals go to people. People do not realize what they are getting into. As a general rule, you cannot take what used to be a wild animal and turn it into a pet. If things don't work out, you have interfered with the animal; it has gotten accustomed to man and you cannot take that animal and just drop it back off. You can't just drop it off and expect it to learn everything on its own. I would say that taking any wild life and trying to turn it into a pet is not a good idea.
