We don't have things that attract tourist like Disney. Stuart is a popular destination because of our waterways. We have the Elliott Museum on Hudson Island which tells the history of Florida going back to when Flagler Brothers trained into the area. It has old cars, Indian artifacts, and things of that nature. It's a really neat place if you like that historical type of thing. We don't have water parks, but we have a beach. My grandchildren were here for 6 weeks this past summer and loved to swim. There is ocean fishing and boat rides. There is a zoo down at Palm Beach. There's a great place called 76 Golf with 2 major golf courses that kids love. They have a 9-hole course and a miniature amusement type park with Indi-cars, an arcade, miniature golf, a driving range, and a baseball cage. It's not open during football season, but the rest of the year, that's where all the kids and teenagers go on Friday night.
