Try this tempting chinese pork chop recipe to spice up your meals!
1 egg
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dry dherry or water
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp garlic powder
4 tbsp packaged bread crumbs
4 lean pork chops well trimmed
Spray a non-stick jelly roll pan with cooking spray for no-fat frying. Beat egg, soy sauce, sherry, giner and garlic powder together in a pie plate. Sprinkle bread crumbs on a sheet of wax paper. Dip wth chops in the egg mixture, then press into bread crumbs, ccoating evenly on both sides. Arrange in a single layer in pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Turn and bake 20 minutes longer or until chops and tender and show no pink. Do not overcook.
